For the first time a while today I felt that peace.  Yanno that calm where you know you've been able to let go of the anger for a moment and you just feel content.

First time in a long time.

And I really look forward to more of those moments. 

• I delayed heading into work to savor a cup of coffee at home while answering e-mails. I enjoyed all the benefits of heading in late, without any of the guilt.

 I had a Tarot reading done today.  Interestingly enough (to me anyway, and isn't that who's important here?) In other news:

• I'm seriously far from enamoured with my haircut.  How can a trim feel this freakin different?
• "Splurging" on brand name slimfast was totally worth it.

•  Workshop seemed to go super well.  Am currently trying not to nickpick on the silly little things i forgot (ie, mentioned mentor in passing but focused on general educating yourself with poeple inthe community).
• Got lots of positive feedback for me as a presentor, which is always great
• Put out call for feedback on workshop, shall see.
